Frequently Asked Questions
How much does LVP installation cost in St. George?
Installed 8mm waterproof LVP starts at $4.79 per sq ft (material + labor). A typical 1,000 sq ft area starts around $4,790 before removal, stairs or baseboards. Every job gets a free written quote.
Can LVP go over my existing tile or concrete?
Often yes. LVP can float over flat tile or concrete slab. We check flatness during the estimate and level the floor where needed so the planks lock tight and don't separate.
How long does LVP installation take?
Most rooms are done in one day. A full home usually takes 2–4 days, including removal of the old flooring.
